Firstly, a massive thank you to everyone that turned out to support our club - the funds we raised will go directly into sustaining our club and ability to provide high-quality, affordable football for 350 kids in the local area.

With limited football this weekend due to (yet again) waterlogged pitches, the chance for some competition fell on parents and coaches at the annual Hurstpierpoint Colts Quiz. Held at our Village Hall this is an annual event an social for coaches and parents and raises lots of much needed funds for the club.

This year's quiz maters were Mike and Jim from our U16's team who took over organising it this year and did a fantastic job. Organising a brilliantly close quiz as well as a very sought after raffle with Signed Brighton Shirts, Tickets to see Brighton Legends at the Theatre Royal and bottles of Champagne up for grabs.

A massive thank you to everyone that helped set up, run the bar, clear up, serve food, came along, bought raffle tickets and made it a great event! And also to the U16's players who volunteered and sold raffle tickets on the night.

And a big thanks to Bob from Hampers Deli who kept us fed with his delicious chilli.
